You can cancel your VerumVerify subscription at any time through account settings (immediate, self-serve) or by emailing contact@verumverify.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Israeli residents have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. A commercial 14-day refund is also available for first paid subscriptions where no more than 3 paid-tier features have been accessed.
