Use of the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The service is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and remitted by Paddle on our behalf. These terms are governed by Israeli law, with disputes resolved in the competent courts of Haifa.
VerumVerify results are AI-generated probabilistic assessments and do not constitute professional advice. Users retain full responsibility for editorial, legal, medical, or financial decisions made on the basis of any fact-check output. Attempts to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent rate limits, resell fact-check results, or abuse the shared feed for coordinated manipulation are prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended for repeated abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or violation of applicable law. Users can export their fact-check history and delete their account at any time from account settings; deletion is permanent and irreversible as described in the Privacy Policy.
